The Vitality Map.

A personalised longevity and vitality program with David Thunder and Joel Gazdar, combining diagnostics, bodywork, movement, and mineral-focused nutrition in a practical framework for modern life.

Most people are not lacking information.

They are lacking a structure that reflects their individual physiology, lifestyle, and capacity.

Over time, this can show up as fluctuating energy, effort without sustained change, or a sense that things are being done correctly, but not coherently.

In most cases, this is not solved by more input. It asks for a different way of working with the body… one that considers patterns, habits, and physical systems together over time.

This is where the Vitality Map begins.

From scattered effort to structured vitality.

For many people, there is a point where they are already doing “the right things” (diet, training, routines, supplementation) yet progress slows or plateaus. Effort continues, results stop shifting. What changes outcomes is not more input, but better sequencing of attention across the system.

The Vitality Map works from this point. A structured way of working with health through observation, movement, hands-on support where appropriate, remineralisation, and nutritional guidance.

The aim is not to optimise isolated parts of the system, but to support greater coherence between how the body functions, how a person lives, and what is realistically sustainable.

Where two perspectives meet.

Most approaches work from a single lens.
This work brings two into the same field of attention.

Joel Gazdar works from internal capacity: mineral status, depletion, recovery, and the body’s ability to thrive.

David Thunder works from structural organisation: movement, alignment, adaptation, and how the body holds, responds, and navigates daily life.

Together, they define what to change and when the system is actually ready to change it.

If this resonates…

The approach is intentionally selective because the work requires attention from both sides.

We only work with a small number of people at any one time. This is a limited-capacity programme, and applications are reviewed individually by both Joel Gazdar and David Thunder.

The next step is a short application. This helps us understand your current situation, what you are working with, and whether this way of working is appropriate for you at this stage.
